He is deeply committed to professional excellence and continued industry advancement through active affiliations with the Building Industry Association, the National Kitchen & Bath Association, and the National Association of Home Builders.
Thomas utilizes advanced architectural design and project-visualization software to conceptualize, plan, and execute projects, transforming initial concepts into comprehensive construction documents and high-fidelity 3D renderings that provide clients with exceptional clarity and confidence throughout the design-build process.
Married to his wife and business partner, Jennifer, for over 25 years, Thomas is a devoted family man with five children and eight grandchildren. Outside of his professional endeavors, he is an avid triathlete and is currently training for the Ironman competition in Greece, October 2026.

Luke oversees project preparation prior to the commencement of projects, ensuring all necessary steps are taken for a smooth start. This includes receiving materials and inspecting them to verify accuracy, quality, and specifications.
Before starting, he ensures proper dust control measures and floor protection are in place.
Luke is also responsible for arranging materials delivery and on-site storage. He expedites processes within the organization by collaborating with team members to facilitate materials movement and ensure clean, safe project sites.

From initial planning through final completion, Trevor oversees each project with precision, working directly with contractors and homeowners to ensure every detail is delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with the project’s defined scope. His strong leadership, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to quality are instrumental in the company’s continued success and outstanding client satisfaction.
